Youth and Children

"But Jesus called them unto him and said suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God." Luke 18:14

Children are the lifeblood of a church and at MUMC, we seek to develop lifelong followers of Christ through age-appropriate lessons, stories, videos, crafts and activities. We provide bible-based Sunday School classes from toddler to teen that foster an understanding of God's word and God's ways, classes that grow with your child. Our nursery opens every Sunday at 9:00 AM and children are invited to participate in Noah's Ark at 10:45. Our children are active in Vacation Bible School, Confirmation, Music Ministry, Youth Group, Scouts and volunteering as future leaders of the church in our acolyte program.
